This is a Public-Private Partnership program modeled to bring the community together in protecting its neighborhoods as well as its business districts.  This program is customizable to fit small to medium size cities nationwide.  It includes the design, deployment and monitoring of an infrastructure of cameras, sensors and wireless networks in order to protect public streets and parks, as well as shared spaces among two or more businesses.
